Our build-to-core investments are structured as long-term holds which offer superior tax-protected cash flow to our investors. Typically, construction & lease-up will take 2-3 years at which point we can return 70%-80% of investor capital.

We target cash-on-cash yields greater than 10% post-refinance.

The Opportunity Zone (“OZ”) program allows investors who have realized gains (from stock, art, real estate, etc.) to defer tax liability for up to 7 years by investing in an OZ project and further create tax protection on invested gains.
