He is an authority in multi-family mixed-use developments, consistently applying his leadership, innovative solutions and efficient construction methodology to capture maximum revenue.
He has successfully delivered to market award-winning projects in over 15,000 residential units including urban high-rise condominiums, multi-family rentals, and 21,000 units in master planned communities.
Dave Dacus
COO | Founding Partner

Dave has over 25 years of real estate experience with some of California’s most respected development companies. His multi-faceted experience encompasses the skills necessary to successfully bring a project to market and to maximize results throught close-out.

Dave has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 800 residential units and over 20,000 master-planned units in a varied mix of product types in both multi-family and for-sale projects ranging from mixed-use, low/mid/high rise condominiums, townhomes and single-familyhomes. He has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Urban and the Matteson Company; Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Rancho Cielo Estates, and Vice President of Management for Regis Homes.
Jefferson Peterson
Director of Operations

Jeff has over 23 years of experience in Home Building. He has risen through the ranks of Home Building to run multiple award winning teams concentrating on Vertical Construction Purchasing, Land Development Buyout, and Project Management.
While working on and leading these teams, he has developed a deep understanding of land development and construction of single family multi-family Projects to include Townhomes, Flats and Condos.
He has been instrumental in successfully delivering 13,000 units over his career.
Brett Mlinarich

Brett Mlinarich is a fundraising expert and seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate industry. In his capacity as both a principal and intermediary, Brett has raised more than $700 million in debt and equity for projects throughout the United States over the past twelve years. He has worked on some of the most notable and complex development projects in Northern California which include the Gateway at Millbrae Station project and the Truckee Railyard Masterplan, among others.
Between his work as an intermediary, advisor, and principal, Brett has amassed an unmatched network of HNW investors, family offices, and notable individuals from the sports and entertainment industries. He is also deeply connected with the wider institutional capital landscape, having arranged institutional financing across the nation. Brett holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.
