Eric J Chevalier
CEO | Founding Partner
Over the course of 25 years, Eric has led numerous capable teams in a series of financially successful residential, boutique resort, and hospitality developments. He is an authority in multi-family mixed-use developments, consistently applying his leadership, innovative solutions and efficient construction methodology to capture maximum revenue.
He has successfully delivered to market award-winning projects in over 15,000 residential units including urban high-rise condominiums, multi-family rentals, and 21,000 units in master planned communities.
Dave Dacus
COO | Founding Partner
Dave has over 25 years of real estate experience with some of California’s most respected development companies. His multi-faceted experience encompasses the skills necessary to successfully bring a project to market and to maximize results throught close-out.
Dave has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 800 residential units and over 20,000 master-planned units in a varied mix of product types in both multi-family and for-sale projects ranging from mixed-use, low/mid/high rise condominiums, townhomes and single-familyhomes. He has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Urban and the Matteson Company; Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Rancho Cielo Estates, and Vice President of Management for Regis Homes.
Dino Adelfio
VP Finance
Dino Adelfio is a real estate finance and development professional with a track record of structuring and executing ground-up and value-add real estate projects. He has played a key role in acquiring, capitalizing, and developing more than 550 residential & commercial units across four major markets in California. Dino’s expertise involves strategy & deal structure, the creation of alignment between Parties, and closing on financing.
Dino’s experience in real estate development, entrepreneurship and finance drive disciplined decisions and deliver value for investors and partners.
Evan Chevalier
Development Manager
Evan earned a M.S. in Real Estate from Chapman University, where he received top honors for winning both the NAIOP Orange County Real Estate Challenge and the Capstone Cup for his work on commercial and residential developments. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from California State University, Fullerton.
Evan is actively involved in all aspects of real estate development, including feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and forward planning.
Jefferson Peterson
Director of Operations
Jeff has over 23 years of experience in Home Building. He has risen through the ranks of Home Building to run multiple award winning teams concentrating on Vertical Construction Purchasing, Land Development Buyout, and Project Management.
While working on and leading these teams, he has developed a deep understanding of land development and construction of single family multi-family Projects to include Townhomes, Flats and Condos.
He has been instrumental in successfully delivering 13,000 units over his career.
