    Eric J Chevalier

    CEO | Founding Partner

    Over the course of 25 years, Eric has lead numerous capable teams in a series of financially successful residential, boutique resort, and hospitality developments. He is an authority in multi-family mixed-use developments. Consistently applying his leadership, innovative solutions and efficient construction methodology to capture maximum revenue.

     

    Over the years he  has successfully delivered to market award-winning projects in over 15,000 residential units including urban high-rise condominiums, multi-family rentals, and 21,000 units in master planned communities.

    Dave Dacus

    COO | Founding Partner

    Dave has over 25 years of real estate experience with some of California’s most respected development companies. His multi-faceted experience encompasses the skills necessary to successfully bring a project to market and to maximize results throught close-out.

    Dave has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 800 residential units and over 20,000 master-planned units in a varied mix of product types in both multi-family and for-sale projects ranging from mixed-use, low/mid/high rise condominiums, townhomes and single-familyhomes. He has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Urban and the Matteson Company; Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Rancho Cielo Estates, and Vice President of Management for Regis Homes.

    Emily Fischer

    Controller

    Emily is a seasoned accountant and controller. Over the years has been involved in several owner / construction companies where she has brought efficiencies through policies and process to streamline contractor and subcontractor payments.

     

    She also brings financial reporting and fiscal responsibilities to partners and investors both at GP and LP levels and maintains compliance on all affiliated LLC’s and LP’

    Brett Mlinarich

    Acquisition & Finance

    Brett specializes in capital markets and investor relations, as well as deal origination and project underwriting. Brett is a seasoned veteran in commercial real estate finance with product expertise that spans all property types including apartments, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, senior housing, land, and specialized uses. He is also one of the leading experts in opportunity zones, having advised some of the largest institutional opportunity funds in the market. Prior to joining The ADDRESS Company, Brett was a financing broker for various outfits and has raised roughly $750M in debt and equity throughout his career.

    Shane Arters

    Development Manager

    Shane is an accomplished advisor with two decades of planning, design, development, construction and deal execution expertise. He has been involved with the underwriting, strategy, of various product types in many of the largest USA metropolitan areas. He brings determination to win, the tenacity and hard work to succeed, and the confidence and experience to complete challenging projects, drive profitable results and produce opportunities.

    Earlier he worked as an Audit Manager at the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young in Financial/Operational Audit in New York City and before joining EY he was at Deloitte.

    Marnie Chevalier

    Office Manager

    Responsible to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. She is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and inventory control.

    Purchasing & Design

    Joel has over 19 years of experience in the production home building industry in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento markets. As a person with an attention to detail, Joel strives to ensure that his projects provide home buyers with quality of design and craftmanship.  As a process-oriented production focused manager, Joel’s development of detailed building specifications and back office setups allows for smooth bidding and contracting for all trades.
