Over the course of 25 years, Eric has lead numerous capable teams in a series of financially successful residential, boutique resort, and hospitality developments. He is an authority in multi-family mixed-use developments. Consistently applying his leadership, innovative solutions and efficient construction methodology to capture maximum revenue.
Previously Eric has held positions as Vice President of Vertical Development and Construction for Lennar Urban; Vice President of Development and Construction for CAMcorp; Director of Development and Construction ClubLink Corporation; and President of Towne and Country Homes. Over the years Eric has successfully delivered to market award-winning projects in over 15,000 residential units including urban high-rise condominiums, multi-family rentals, and 21,000 units in master planned communities.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design Technology from Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada. Later received his equivalency as a Bachelor of Science with a dual Major from Tulane University. Additionally, he is accredited with a Specialized Degree in Construction Project Management.
David K Dacus
COO / Founding Partner
Dave has over 25 years of real estate experience with some of California’s most respected development companies. His multi-faceted experience encompasses the skills necessary to successfully bring a project to market and to maximize results throught close-out.
His career has included residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality development of small and large-scale communities. His career disciplines include asset management, project management, feasibility and market analysis, planning, design, acquisition and disposition, and the sales and marketing of various award-winning residential projects.
Dave has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 800 residential units and over 20,000 master-planned units in a varied mix of product types in both multi-family and for-sale projects ranging from mixed-use, low/mid/high rise condominiums, townhomes and single-familyhomes. He has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Urban and the Matteson Company; Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Rancho Cielo Estates, and Vice President of Management for Regis Homes.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and remains actively involved in sports after his College baseball career.
Emily is a seasoned accountant and controller. Over the years has been involved in several owner / construction companies where she has brought efficiencies through policies and process to streamline contractor and subcontractor payments.
She also brings financial reporting and fiscal responsibilities to partners and investors both at GP and LP levels and maintains compliance on all affiliated LLC’s and LP’s.
Emily also brings to The ADDRESS Company overall oversight on G&A efficiencies, employee benefits, 401k and payroll.
Director of Construction
Mr. Honodel is a construction management expert with over 35 years of residential housing experience that includes single family, multi-family, attached, detached and condominium construction. The first twenty years included field experience and hand’s on construction.
The later fifteen years included managing field and office staff including all field personnel, entire departments of office support staff and collaborating with middle and upper management. He also possesses knowledge of the offsite improvements such as grading, wet and dry utilities, grading and paving and pedestrian and vehicular bridges and structures.
Over his career, he has managed countless multi-million dollars projects from the conceptual stages to and through completion, including the follow-up with the regulatory agencies as well as homeowners and tenants.
Lynn brings to the team over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking and real estate development. Overseeing operations and the sales and marketing, both in mortgage banking and real estate development, have provided the experience necessary to intimately anticipate, understand and navigate challenges during volatile markets. Lynn’s true “customer-centric” passion drives her commitment to strong and synergetic partnerships.
Lynn joins the team after a 20 year tenure with Lennar Homes most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Urban in San Francisco. She has been actively involved in the successful delivery of over 1,200 units from 2004 – 2011 in multiple urban communities. She has been closely involved in The Shipyard – master development project in San Francisco over the past 8 years.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Administration in International Business from The University of Texas in Austin. She has studied abroad at the University of Segovia in Spain and speaks Spanish fluently.
